Tasks:
- Communicate on regular basis internally and externally to ensure projects run according to schedule
- Liaise with engineering, production, procurement and customer to create project schedule
- Report on regular basis status of projects
- Main point of contact with customer after project is handed over from sales
- Ensure projects are running as efficient as possible
- Updates for weekly schedule
- Strong analysis, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prepare and manage Project Plan, scope, statement, schedule, budget, quality plan, risks and issues
- Track project performance to ensure goals are being met
- Identify and facilitate communications with stakeholder groups
- Utilize formal project change process and communicate changes with all stakeholders
- Conduct periodic stakeholder analysis sessions to synchronize expectations and facilitate lessons learned
- Develop transition plan(s) and execute those plans to ensure orderly transition to operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for migration and implementation projects
Technology skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and effective presentation skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and use the information to make recommendations
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects
- Demonstrates a commitment to accuracy and a high level of attention to detail
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and using various software packages
- Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Assuring, all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors in - electronic, technology, engineering or computer science
- PMP certification or minimum 3 years of managing complex projects
