Tasks:
- Ability to work in multiple systems concurrently while providing support services
- Perform root cause analysis within a ticketing system and incident response forms
- Provide technical support to customers on onlne, chat, email and social platforms
- Participate in 24x7 on call rotation with team members
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Remain highly organized and detail oriented
- Maintain a sense of urgency when completing tasks
- Work closely with clients to provide 1 – 1 personalized software support
- Trouble-shooting and problem resolution
- Assist clients with software installation and updates
- Documenting issues and solutions and build knowledge base to prevent recurrences
- Provides feedback on problematic trends and patterns to development team
- Developing training documents, short videos on how to do for our customers
Technology skills:
- Proficient computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Ticket Systems, Web Applications)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and familiarity with Windows Server, IIS and PHP 7
- Relational Database Knowledge, including Oracle, MSSQL and MongoDB
- Willingness to adapt and evolve to technology changes
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors in - electronic, technology, engineering or computer science
- 6 months to 1 year application or customer or technical support experience
