Tasks:
- Handling multiple phone calls, sending faxes, sending customer notifications and emails
- Administrative Assistant to executives: VP's, CIO, CTO, CEO
- Maintain a visitor sign in log
- Greet and direct incoming visitors and customers
- Assist with job flow to our Accounting team
- Other clerical duties as assigned
Technology skills:
- Good knowledge in pdf, powerpoint, word, excel files
- Good presentation skills
Education & Experience:
- High school deploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- 1+ year’ experience in any office/organization
