  • Handling multiple phone calls, sending faxes, sending customer notifications and emails
  • Administrative Assistant to executives: VP's, CIO, CTO, CEO
  • Maintain a visitor sign in log
  • Greet and direct incoming visitors and customers
  • Assist with job flow to our Accounting team
  • Other clerical duties as assigned

Technology skills:

  • Good knowledge in pdf, powerpoint, word, excel files
  • Good presentation skills

Education & Experience:

  • High school deploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • 1+ year’ experience in any office/organization
