Tasks:
- Actively serve a portfolio of assigned client accounts to achieve their desired business outcomes via SAAS
- Service existing portfolios and cultivate land-and-expand opportunities
- Lead the implementation efforts of new clients
- Partnering with our Sales & Marketing and Technology teams as well as leadership teams of the clients
- Drive customer software engagement and development of power users across customer organizations
- Documents all activity in the client file to ensure quality and responsiveness
- Followup with customers after the implementations to get their feedbak or to get new requirements
- Maintain communication and governance protocols between clients and teams
- Manage overall relationship with assigned clients, including on-boarding, training and, retention
Technology skills:
- Expertise with Excel and CRMs
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing workloads
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Expert in product rollouts and enhancements
- Excellent video, phone, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to assess customer needs
Education & Experience:
- B.S. or B.A. in business management
- 3-4 years of experieance as a CSM/li>
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding of CS metrics
- Ability to manage conflict resolution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with a high sense of urgency
