  • Actively serve a portfolio of assigned client accounts to achieve their desired business outcomes via SAAS
  • Service existing portfolios and cultivate land-and-expand opportunities
  • Lead the implementation efforts of new clients
  • Partnering with our Sales & Marketing and Technology teams as well as leadership teams of the clients
  • Drive customer software engagement and development of power users across customer organizations
  • Documents all activity in the client file to ensure quality and responsiveness
  • Followup with customers after the implementations to get their feedbak or to get new requirements
  • Maintain communication and governance protocols between clients and teams
  • Manage overall relationship with assigned clients, including on-boarding, training and, retention

Technology skills:

  • Expertise with Excel and CRMs
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing workloads
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Expert in product rollouts and enhancements
  • Excellent video, phone, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to assess customer needs

Education & Experience:

  • B.S. or B.A. in business management
  • 3-4 years of experieance as a CSM/li>
  • Be able to demonstrate an understanding of CS metrics
  • Ability to manage conflict resolution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with a high sense of urgency
